An article entitled "Poor air quality in Toronto schools could impair learning environment" by Jesse Tahirali (February 3, 2015, CTV News) reports on high CO2 levels in Toronto schools. More than forty percent of schools tested over the last five years have registered concentrations in excess of 1000 ppm CO2; adverse impacts on cognitive abilities are measurable at concentrations as low as 1000 ppm.
